New Wood Source

I have recently found a new source of wood. It is like finding sunken treasure. I live on a golf course and had no clue that they have been stockpiling trees that have felled for one reason or another. A lot of the trees actually came down during Hurricanes Isabelle and Irene. The trees have spalted wonderfully…creating amazing wood blanks. You can see some of the Spalted Beech pieces I have made with this wood on my site. Looking forward to utilizing this find for years to come.
