Poplar wood comes from a what is commonly called a Tulip Tree.

Red Gum Salad Bowl.

Sometimes referred to as Sweet Gum of just Gum.

White Oak Salad Bowl.

More specifically this is made with what is known in the south as Water Oak.

The tree came from the Country Club of Charleston which was hit by lightning during the 2019 Women’s US Open golf tournament.

Huge River Birch Centerpiece Bowl.

The bowl has five African Padouk Bowtie inlays.

The markings and colors on this bowl are awesome.

This bowl was made from Red Flame Box Elder wood.

To get the amount of the very unique red markings throughout the entire bowl is rare.
